Returns

At SM Jewelry, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you change your mind, you can return an eligible item within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you've changed your mind.

This restriction does not apply if an item is defective, damaged upon receipt, or does not match the order, nor does it apply when a right provided by law applies.

Ineligible Items

Personalized items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return due to a change of mind.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If an error is attributable to SM Jewelry or if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the situation and let you know how to proceed.

Refund

After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you whether it has been accepted or rejected.

When a refund is approved, it is issued via the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable laws.
